To resolve the issue:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Go to Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab > Local Intranet > Sites.
  4. Click Advanced.
  5. Check if your WFBS server name is on the list. If it is not on the list, do the following:
    1. Enter the WFBS server name on the Add this Web site to the zone field.
    2. Click Add > OK > OK.
  6. On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
  7. Under the Miscellaneous section, look for the Display mixed content option, then click Enable > OK.
  8. Close your browser, then open it again for the changes to take effect.
  9. Go to Security Settings and check if the MSA can be configured.
