Views:
  1. Log in to the Apex One web console.
  2. Navigate to Agents > Agent Management.
  3. In the Agent Tree, select the domain/endpoint where you want to generate the logs from.

    To generate the logs from all endpoints, select the root domain.
     
  4. Click Logs, and select the type of logs that you want to generate:
    • Virus/Malware Logs
    • Spyware/Grayware Logs
    • Firewall Logs
    • Web Reputation Logs
    • Suspicious Connection Logs
    • Suspicious File Logs
    • C&C Callback Logs
    • Behavior Monitoring Logs
    • Predictive Machine Learning Logs
    • Device Control Logs
    • Scan Operation Logs

  5. Specify the criteria, and then click Display Logs.

  6. Click Export All to CSV and wait for the .csv file to be exported.

  1. Log in to the Apex Central web console.
  2. Navigate to Detections > Logs > Log Query.
  3. The Log Query screen appears. Specify the log type from the first drop-down control.

  4. To filter your search results to data from Apex One as a Service:
    1. Click the second drop-down control
    2. Navigate and select Apex One as a Service.
    3. Choose the domain/s you want to generate the logs from.

  5. Specify the time period and then click Search.

  6. Click Export to CSV or Export to XML and wait for the file to be exported.
  1. Login to Apex One web console.
  2. Navigate to Agents > Agent Management.
  3. In the Agent Tree, select the domain/endpoint where you want to generate the agent list.

    To generate the list of all the agents reporting to the server, select the root domain.
     
  4. Click Export, and wait for the .csv file to be exported.
  1. Login to Apex Central web console.
  2. Go to Directories > Product Servers.

  3. Click the link to open the Apex One as a Service console.
  4. Navige to Agents > Agent Management.
  5. In the Agent Tree, select the domain/endpoint where you want to generate the agent list.

    To generate the list of all the agents reporting to the server, select the root domain.
     
  6. Click Export and wait for the .csv file to be exported.
