To check the the product version, build, pattern file and scan engine versions, and activation code of Apex One:

From the Web Console

  1. Log on to the Apex One web console.
  2. Click Help > About.

  4. On the window that opens, check the product version and build.

From the Apex One agent-side

 
Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.
 
  1. Open the Registry Editor.
  2. Navigate to the following:
    1. For x86 OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\Misc.\BuildNum.
    2. For x64 OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\Misc.\BuildNum.

Apex One SaaS contains both the Apex Central, the Apex One Server, and Apex One (Mac) Servers. Check with the steps for the respective server builds:

Apex Central as a Service

  1. Log in to the Apex One as a Service console.
  2. Go to Help > about > The Hotfix build of Apex Central as it is also the current build number.

Apex One as a Service

  1. Log on to the Apex One as a Service console.
  2. Go to Directories > Product Servers > Select the link for Apex One as a Service to redirect to the actual server.
  3. Go to Help > About > Build number of Apex One Server.

Apex One (Mac) as a Service

  1. Log on to the Apex One as a Service console.
  2. Go to Directories > Product Servers > Select the link for Apex One as a Service to redirect to the actual server.
  3. Go to Administration > About > Build Number of Apex One (Mac) Server.
