Below are the reports generated in IMSS:

  • One-time report
  • Scheduled report

Creating One-time report

  1. Log on to the IMSS management console.
  2. Click Reports, and then select One-time Reports.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Provide the following information:
    • Name
    • Dates
  5. Tick the Report Content check box to select all the items under Report Content.
    To specifically select the data, tick the individual check boxes.
  6. Click Save. The One-time report list will be displayed and refreshed at regular intervals under the "New report is ready to be viewed" section.
  7. To export the report in CSV format, click the One-time Report check box, and then click the CSV link under the Output column.

Creating Scheduled report

  1. Log on to the IMSS management console.
  2. Click Reports, and then select Settingsto view the Schedule Report Setting, which contains the following Report Types:
    • Daily Reports
    • Weekly Reports
    • Monthly Reports
  3. Under the Configure column, click Settings of the Report Type that you selected.
  4. Tick the Report Content check box to select all the items. To select specific content, tick the individual check box(es) of the Report Content.
  5. Click Save to update the configuration database.
  6. Go to Reports and click Scheduled Reports.
  7. Select one of the following tabs:
    • Daily
    • Monthly
    • Weekly
  8. Tick the check box that corresponds to the archived report, and then click the CSV link under the Output column.
