OfficeScan/Apex One supports DFS starting with version 8.0 and above.

To ensure that DFS will work properly with OfficeScan/Apex One, do the following:

  1. Apply the latest Microsoft updates for DFS.
  2. Download the latest patch for OfficeScan/Apex One.
  3. Make sure to update your Scan Engine and Pattern files.

If you encounter issues using DFS, do the following:

  1. Download and run the Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT).
  2. Reproduce the issue with the CDT utility running. For more information about using the CDT, please refer to the Using the CDT to collect the information needed by Technical Support KB article.
  3. Contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the logs for further assistance and analysis.
