To add a privacy statement:

 
Only one privacy statement can be created for each language.
 
  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
  2. Click Administration > Branding Settings > Privacy Statement.
  3. Click on Add Privacy Statement.
  4. Select the language of the privacy statement from the drop-down menu
  5. Insert the contents of the privacy statement.
  6. Click Add.

  7. Click Cancel.

    The Privacy statement should be added.

To modify an existing privacy statement:

  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
  2. Click Administration > Branding Settings > Privacy Statement.
  3. Click on the privacy statement you want to modify.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save.

  6. Click Cancel.

    The Privacy statement should be modified.
