Trend Micro allows the merge option for registered licenses.

To merge your accounts:

  1. Log in to the Customer Licensing Portal (CLP).
  2. Click Merge Products, and then enter your activation code or key.

     
    If the Merge Products option is not available when using your account, this means that your registered license does not support merging.

    The Merge Products page lists the products that support the merge function. Not all Trend Micro Products support the license merge function.

  3. Do any of the following:
    • Scenario 1: For services like WFBS-SVC, click sign into merge two WFBS-SVC accounts.

      For services, click sign in to merge accounts

    • Scenario 2: For On Premise products like WFBS, choose the license to retain. For three or more licenses of the same type, you will be asked which license to merge.

      For on-premise, choose the license to retain

  4. Click Merge.
