To disable the download of the ini_xml.zip file:

  1. Unload the OfficeScan client.
  2. Go to the ..\OfficeScan Client folder and open the aucfg.ini file using a text editor.
  3. Add the following parameter:

    ignore_zip_index=1

    Example:

    ignore_zip_index=1
    AU_PRODUCT_ID = 55

    [debug]

    ;the higher level, the less info
    ;default is 5

  4. Save the changes and close the file.
  5. Reload the OfficeScan client.
