This article shows you what to do when you cannot select an existing SafeSync folder to sync with the latest version of your Trend Micro SafeSync program.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Trend Micro SafeSync Files folder on your desktop.
- Move the folder or the files you would like to synchronize out of the Trend Micro SafeSync Files folder.
- Combine the files you moved and the existing local folder.
- Right-click the folder you want to sync, then go to SafeSync > Make this a SafeSync folder.
- Click Create a new online folder, then type the name you want to use.
