To resolve this:
- Go to ...\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\LWCS\ and open the LWCS.ini file.
- Add the "socket_family=1" line.
Example:
prefix=lwcstest
connection_timeout=2
query_timeout=6
debug_enabled=0
cache_ttl=30
socket_family=1 - Save and close the file.
- Restart the following services:
- OfficeScan Master Service
- Apache2 Service
- Run an Update Now, Test Connection, and Refresh one after the other on the OfficeScan management console.
