To resolve this issue, do the following:

  1. Open /opt/TrendMicro/SProtectLinux/Product.ini
  2. Check if the entries appear exactly as the following:

    [pattern_info]
    Name=0x000000004
    [engine_info]
    Name=0x00020000

     
    If values appear differently, change them to the above values.
  3. Run the following command to restart SPLX:

    #service splx restart
