To resolve the issue, you need to open the DSA console using command prompt to include the password that was defined under Agent Self Protection > Local override requires password option:
  1. Open a command prompt on the client machine where DSA is installed.
  2. Go to the following DSA installation folder directory:
    C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Deep Security Agent\
  3. Type "dsa_config.exe /p <password>" and hit Enter.
    Note: Where <password> is the password defined under Local override requires password option.
