The setupapi.app.log file shows the following entries:

This issue occurs because the remnants of the previous Client/Server Security Agent installed on your machine is preventing the DSA’s tmtdi driver from being installed.
To resolve the issue:
- Manually uninstall the Security Server and Client/Server Security Agent .
- If your machine previously had OfficeScan clients, refer to the manual uninstallation steps in this article: Uninstalling OfficeScan clients .
- Reinstall your Deep Security Agent.
- Reactivate the DSA from the Deep Security Manager.
