To enroll an iOS device and install the HMS app:

  1. Access the email invitation sent by the administrator to your email address. On the email, there are two ways to access the enrollment link. You can do either of the following:
    • Scan the QR code on the email and go to the URL.
       
      You can download any QR code scanner app for this option.
    • Open the email from your iOS device and tap the URL.
  2. Type the authentication code that was sent on the invite then click Continue.
  3. Tap Install to install the profile.
  4. When the app is installed, tap Done and then tap Continue Enrollment.
  5. Tap Done once the profile is installed.
  6. You will be asked to install the HMS Agent. Tap Download Now to download the app from the App Store.
  7. Access the HMS end-user portal to start using HMS on your iOS device.
