This occurs because some of the files from the older version remained after updating ServerProtect to version 5.8.
To resolve this issue, check the version information of the following files found in the Trend\SProtect folder:
- Adm_enu.dll
- AgentClient.dll
If the version is not 5.8.x.x, do the following:
- Stop the following services:
- Trend ServerProtect Agent service
- Trend ServerProtect service.
- Go to \Trend\SProtect\SpntShare\ServerProtect\ and extract the SPNT58.zip file.
- Copy the Adm_enu.dll and AgentClient.dll files and replace the ones in the Trend\SProtect folder.
- Restart the following services:
- Trend ServerProtect Agent service
- Trend ServerProtect service.
