- Navigate to the Real-time Scan Setting of the product console:
- Trend Micro Apex One: Login to Trend Micro Apex One web console > Go to Agents > Agent Management > Select then right-click the desired domain group or endpoint > Settings > Scan Settings > Real-time Scan Settings
- Trend Mico Apex One™ as a Service: Login to Trend Micro Apex Central™ web console > Policies > Policy Management > Policy Name > Edit Policy > Real-time Scan
- Standard Endpoint Protection: Login to Trend Vision One web console > Standard Endpoint Protection > Policies > Policy Management > Policy Name > Edit Policy > Real-time Scan
- Under Scan Settings, enable the following:
- Scan the boot sector of the USB storage device after plugging in
- Scan all files in removable storage devices after plugging in
- Click Save or Apply to All Agents or Deploy.
