Do the following:

  1. Obtain the logger.cfg file from Trend Micro Technical Support.
  2. Unload the OfficeScan client and supply the unload password.
  3. Type "REGEDIT".
  4. Add the following data in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\DlpLite:

    Type: String
    Name: debugcfg
    Value: C:\Log\logger.cfg

  5. Create a folder named "Log" in your C:\ directory.
  6. Copy logger.cfg to the Log folder.
  7. Reload your OfficeScan clients though the Program Group.

The log should be located at C:\log\dlp.<Machine_name>.xxxx.log
