To enable the BHO plugin:

For Internet Explorer (IE) 9.0 & 10.0

In IE 9.0 and 10, the prompt to enable the BHO will only appear once after you open IE.

  1. Open IE.
  2. Click Tools and then click Manage add-ons.
  3. Under Show, click All add-ons.
  4. Click the TmIEPluginBHO add-on.
  5. Click Enable.
  6. Click Close.

For Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Click Tools and then click Add-ons.
  3. Click Extensions.
  4. Select the TmIEPluginBHO extension.
  5. Click Enable.
  6. Click Close.

  1. Go to Start > Run.
  2. Type "gpedit.msc" and press ENTER. The Local Group Policy Editor window opens.
  3. Under Computer Configuration, double-click Administrative Templates to expand.
  4. Double-click Windows Components to expand.
  5. Double-click Internet Explorer to expand.

  6. Double-click Automatically enable newly installed add-ons, and then select Enabled.

  7. Click OK.
  8. Close the window.
