Do the following:

  1. Open the ofcscan.ini file in the ...\PCCSRV\ folder in the %Program Files%\Trend Micro\OfficeScan server installation directory using a text editor.
  2. Under the Global Setting section, set the value of the following key to "1":

    [Global Setting]
    RmvTmTDI=1

  3. Save the changes made to ofcscan.ini and close the file.
  4. Open the OfficeScan server Web console and do one of the following:
    • For OSCE 11.0/XG, go to Agents > Global Client Settings screen.
    • For OSCE 10.6, go to Networked Computers > Global Client Settings screen.
  5. Click Save to deploy the setting to all clients.
  6. Unload then reload Officescan Client or REBOOT the box to complete the uninstallation.
