To resolve the issue, you need to add the Security Server Console address in the Trusted sites. This is to prevent the prompt for installing the ActiveX control from popping up. Do the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Tools > Internet Options.
3. Go to the Security tab.
4. Select Trusted sites under Select a zone to view or change security settings.
5. Click Sites.
6. Type the Security Server Console address in the field provided, and then click Add.
7. Click Close.
8. Click Apply and then click OK.
