Do the following:
- Login to the Apex One web console.
- Go to Administration > Settings > Product License.
- In the License Information page, click Specify Activation Code.
- Enter the activation code and click Save.
- Go back to the License Information page and then click Refresh to update the page with the new license details.
If the issue persists, do the following:
- If active, stop the "'Apex One Master Service" and "Apex One Apex Central Agent" (If Apex One is connected to Apex Central).
- Create backups of the following files:
- PCCSRV\ofcscan.ini;
- PCCRSV\Private\ofcserver.ini.
- Open PCCRSV\Private\ofcserver.ini in a text editor and remove the following configuration values:
From the "INI_SERVICE_MODEL_SECTION" section:
Everything from the following sections:
- All "PR_AV*"parameters;
- "AC_AntiVirus" and "LF_AntiVirus" parameters;
- All "PR_DCS*" parameters;
- All parameters under AV_LICENSE_INFO section;
- Start the "Apex One Master Service" and "Apex One Apex Central Agent" services.
- Log on to the Apex One server administration console;
- Open Administration > Settings > Product License and enter all the activation codes.
