Do the following:

  1. On the OfficeScan server, open the command prompt.
  2. Go to the CMAgent directory.

    Default location (64-bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\CmAgent

  3. Uninstall the Control Manager agent by typing the following command:

    OfcCMAgent -uninstall

  4. Reinstall the Control Manager Agent by typing the following command:

    OfcCMAgent -install

    The service is again listed in the Microsoft services console.
