Configure notification events:

  1. Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
  2. Go to Administration > Notifications.
  3. Select the events for which you need notifications. On the Notifications page, go to the Action Required tab. Update the settings as required:
    • Select the Email Notification checkbox to receive notifications for all events. You can also uncheck boxes corresponding to individual events to disable the notifications.

    • Additionally, you can configure the threshold of detections before an alert is generated on the Warnings tab.

Configure notification recipients:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Notifications > Settings.
  2. Set the To and Subject preface fields.

    In the To field, separate multiple email addresses with semicolons.
