The IUSR account does not have enough permission to access the %windir%\Temp directory. To resolve the issue, give the IUSR account Read and Write permissions to the directory:
- Right-click on %windir%\Temp and then click Properties.
- Under the Security tab, click Edit....
If IUSR isn't on the Group or Usernames list, click Add....
- Add IUSR by inputting IUSR and then clicking Check Names > OK.
- Set the permission for IUSR to "Full control".
- Click OK > Yes > OK.
- Check if the OfficeScan Summary page is fine.
