The IUSR account does not have enough permission to access the %windir%\Temp directory. To resolve the issue, give the IUSR account Read and Write permissions to the directory:

  1. Right-click on %windir%\Temp and then click Properties.
  2. Under the Security tab, click Edit....

    If IUSR isn't on the Group or Usernames list, click Add....

  3. Add IUSR by inputting IUSR and then clicking Check Names > OK.
  4. Set the permission for IUSR to "Full control".

  5. Click OK > Yes > OK.
  6. Check if the OfficeScan Summary page is fine.
