By default, IWSVA synchronizes group membership every 24 hours. To resolve the issue, adjust the interval as needed:

  1. Connect to IWSVA.
  2. Open the /etc/iscan/commonldap/LdapSetting.ini file.
  3. Go to the [LDAP_Setting] section and find the entry “SyncInterval”.
  4. Change the default value “1440” to your desired synchronization interval. This value is set in minutes.
  5. Reboot IWSVA.
