The issue occurs because the ds_agent cannot read the information from the local database.
To resolve the issue, delete the local database files:
  1. Log in to the AIX machine and go to ../var/opt/ds_agent/.
  2. Delete all *.db and *.ini files.
  3. Restart the Deep Security Agent.
The database will be rebuilt once DSA restarts.
