To resolve the issue, you need to remove the old license:
  1. Stop the TMMS service.
  2. Open the TmOMSM.ini file and look for the [AC] section.
  3. Delete the lines AC0= and LF0=.
    remove the lines AC1= and LF1=
    If you have more than one license activated in the console, remove the lines AC1= and LF1= as well.
  4. Restart the TMMS service.
  5. Enter the activation code. The devices will be updated with the new license once connected to Internet.
