To resolve the issue:
- Run "df –h" on the command line interface or connect to IMSVA IP via putty to show the available space on the machine.
- If Root2 is 100% used, clear the old patterns from /opt/trend/imss/temp/au/vsapi.
Leave at least three (3) most recent pattern files. Make sure not to delete the top three (3) lpt$vpn.xxx files with the highest number.
- Restart the IMSVA Server.
- Connect to the web console.
