To resolve this issue:
- Verify if the tsc.ptn files are in the PCCSRV\Admin directory.
If not, download the working file from this link.
- Extract the TSC.PTN file from ..\PCCSRV\Download\Pattern\tscptn.zip.
- Place the TSC.PTN file in the ..\PCCSRV\ADMIN folder.
Always create a copy of the original file before replacing it.
- After copying/replacing the tsc.ptn file on the PCCSRV\Admin directory, run the client/agent installation using Autopcc.
