The issue occurs because the TLS settings of InterScan Messaging Security Virtual Appliance (IMSVA) is designed to be maintained using the IMSVA WebUI.
To manually maintain the TLS settings:
  1. Add "smtp_tls_security_level" to "detach_key_postfix" located in /opt/trend/imss/config/imss.ini.
    detach_key_postfix=smtp_tls_security_level
  2. You may also add other keys to maintain such as "smtpd_tls_security_level" by separating the keys with colon (:).
    Here is an example:
    detach_key_postfix=smtp_tls_security_level:smtpd_tls_CAfile:smtpd_tls_cert_file:smtpd_tls_key_file:
    smtp_tls_CAfile:smtp_tls_cert_file:smtp_tls_key_file:smtpd_tls_security_level
  3. Save the changes in imss.ini.
  4. Restart the IMSSMGR Service using the following command:
    #/opt/trend/imss/script/S99MANAGER restart
  5. Backup the /opt/trend/imss/postfix/etc/postfix/main.cf.
  6. Configure the main.cf file as needed.
  7. Restart the Postfix service using the command below:
    #postfix restart
