These files are not created by OSCE, WFBS or Titanium but will appear on machines installed with these products. This is because an application tries to download a file from a URL that is blocked by WRS. Since the application does not know the difference, it will then download and display the WRS warning page as the content of the file.
The location, name and extension depends on:
- The application that downloads the file and the name and extension.
- The name and extension of the file that was meant to be downloaded.
In this example, three files were created under the user profile folder. When the files were renamed from .exe to .html, opening the files will lead to the following page:
