This is a known issue. You will encounter this issue if you follow these steps:

  1. Log in to wfbs-svc.trendmicro.com, and then log out successfully.
  2. Keep the browser open for two hours.
  3. Log in using the same browser.

    You will receive the error message "Error Code: 80001203".

As a workaround, close the browser and log in again.
