This section shows information about the Smart Protection Suite customers have purchased.
You will see here how many users the product has, when the product is set to expire, the type of product license, and what type of support it is entitled to.

Below the Smart Protection Suite information, the list of products included in the purchased suite.

Under the list of products purchased you will see the following categories:
- On Premise: Products to be installed locally (customer’s end)
- Software as a Service Offerings: Hosted products by offered by Trend Micro
- Virtual Appliance Protocols
- Others
Click the arrow beside the product name to view the activation code of the product.
After selecting the products to install, the Get Deployment Kit button will be enabled and you can click this to download the Smart Protection Deployment Kit.

Below the Get Deployment Kit button is a link to the Deployment Kit Getting Started Guide.
On the Software as a Service Offerings section, the Open Console links direct you to the consoles of Trend Micro SaaS products.

The Download here links under the Virtual Appliance Products section are direct dowload links to the product installers.

On the right side of the page, there are two boxes, the Register Your Product and Support Information boxes.
Clicking the Enter Your Key button enables users to add other Trend Micro products they have purchased aside from the Smart Protection Suite.
The Support Information box contains links to the CLP online help, Trend Micro Knowledgebase site, and the Trend Micro main website.
This tab shows the user’s account information including login credentials, company profile, primary contact, and secondary contact (optional) details.

- Account ID - This is the username used to log in to CLP.
- Password - Click the Key icon to change the password used to log in to CLP.
- Company Information
- Primary Contact Information
The secondary contact serves as a backup contact information in case you don't want to receive notifications using your primary email address. To enable this feature, make sure that the following checkboxes are ticked.

Clicking the Restore button will undo all the changes made while updating the account information. You can only undo the changes if you have not yet clicked the Submit button.
