If you are a reseller, you can register Trend Micro products to Remote Manager (TMRM). Refer to the following topics:
- If the Remote Manager is a Standalone, you can only manage non-LMP-based account with Worry-Free Business Security, Worry-Free Business Security Services and Trend Micro Email Security products
- If the Remote Manager is LMP-based and you want to manage a CLP-based account, you can only manage Worry-Free Business Security, Worry-Free Business Security Services and Trend Micro Email Security products
- If the Remote Manager is LMP-based, you can manage the products assigned on the Service Plan of the customer.
- If the LMP-based Remote Manager is merged from a Standalone Remote Manager, you can manage both LMP-based and CLP-based accounts. However for CLP-based accounts, you can only manage Worry-Free Business Security, Worry-Free Business Security Services and Trend Micro Email Security products
