To resolve this issue, set the Enable 32-bit Applications to "False":

  1. Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

  2. Select Application Pools.

  3. Right-click the OficeScanAppPool and select Advanced Settings.

  4. Set the Enable 32-Bit Applications to "False".

  5. Click OK.
  6. Right-click OficeScanAppPool and select Start.
