To resolve the problem, fix the Logical Volume Management (LVM) setting:
  1. Enter the root password on the "Give root password for maintenance" prompt.

  2. Run "# fsck /dev/mapper/IWSVA-app_data" and answer the prompt with “yes”. Wait for the process to complete.
