There are no WRS logs because TMSM client is not configured to send the logs to the server.
Configure the TMSM client:
- Open the TMSM console.
- Click Agent Management > Trend Micro Security Server > Settings > Web Reputation Settings.
- In the Web Reputation Settings screen, go to Internal Agents.
- Under the Agent Log section, tick the Allow agents to send logs to the Trend Micro Security (for Mac) server checkbox.
- Click Apply to All Agents.
- Check the TMSM Protection status by clicking on the computer’s menu bar, and then click Open Trend Micro Security.
The Endpoint Location should show “Internal” so that it can send logs to TMSM server.
