Summary

The following error appears during the upgrade process from WFBS 7.0/8.0 to WFBS 9.0:

httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 134 of .../Program Files/Trend Micro/Security Server/PCCSRV/Apache2/Conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load .../Program Files/Trend Micro/Security Server/PCCSRV/Apache2/modules/mod_access.so into server: The specified module could not be found "mod_access"

This error may be caused by a missing file during the installation. In the example above, the missing file is mod_access.

Apply the following workaround to fix this issue:

If you have previously installed WFBS or other Security Server, copy the missing file from the previous WFBS version to the WFBS Security Server.
If there is no previous WFBS installation or other Security Server, Technical Support can provide the missing file needed.
