To resolve this issue:
  1. Make sure you have the latest version of Trend Micro SafeSync installed by checking this article:

  2. Do either of the following:
    • If you have an older version installed: Upgrade your program, and then proceed to the next step.
    • If you already have the latest version: Proceed to the next step.
  3. Collect the necessary Trend Micro SafeSync logs, and then submit them to any of the following:
