To resolve the issue, make sure that the file or folder you want to upload has no restrictions:
Step 1: Check if the file is marked as "Read-only"
- Right-click the file or folder, and then select Properties.
- Make sure Read-only is unticked on the General tab, and then click OK.
- Try synchronizing the file again.
Step 2: Check the file or folder’s permissions settings
- Right-click the file or folder, and then select Properties.
- Click the Security tab.
- Make sure your username has Full Control ticked to allow Trend Micro SafeSync to sync the file.
