To make the plug-in visible on the console:

  1. On the Deep Security Manager machine, navigate to the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Deep Security Manager\ folder.
    For Linux, change the current directory to /opt/dsm directory.
  2. Execute the following command:

    dsm_c -action changesetting -name "com.trendmicro.ds.antimalware:settings.configuration.eventEmailTabVisible" -value "true"

    To enable the plug-in on Deep Security Manager Tenants, add the tenant string name in the script.

    dsm_c -action changesetting -name "com.trendmicro.ds.antimalware:settings.configuration.eventEmailTabVisible" -value "true" –tenant "<NameOfTheTenant>"

    This restarts the Deep Security Manager service.

  3. Check if the Anti-Malware Email Plug-in now shows on the console:
    1. Log in to the Deep Security Manager console.
    2. Go to Administration > System Settings.
    3. Go to the Advanced tab and click the View Pluggable button.
