To resolve the issue, add the Osprey module to the Approved list:

  1. Open the Registry Editor.
     
    Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.
     
  2. Add a key under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\Osprey\WhiteList] and name the key Outlook.
  3. Under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\Osprey\WhiteList\Outlook], add a string value with the name ProcessImageName.
  4. Assign the data outlook.exe.
