To submit files to a case using Secure Web Browser Method: 

  1. Go to the following address in your browser:

    https://file.trendmicro.com/integration/uploadpage/SRUpload.php?

  2. Enter username and password as shown in the image below.

    Your username and password will be included in the first Case Creation Notification Email or will be sent by the technician handling your case:

     

    Username: SR1-1-XXXXXXXXX
    Password:  xxxxxxxxxxxxx
     

  3. Click the Submit button.
  4. Choose the Upload button as shown in the image below.

  5. Go to the Email address field and type the valid email address that belongs to the Account of the Service Request you opened.

    If you opened the service request with youremail@example.com email address, you should use the same account.

    1. Proceed to Upload up to 10 files section, choose Select File and select the location where you have the zipped folder that is password-protected.
    2. Select Ok.
    3. Add a description and click Submit
       
      This is limited to 10 files only.

  6. When a pop up message appears asking for confirmation to upload and send, click Yes.

  7. Once the upload is done, the success message should appear.

  8. Inform Trend Micro Technicial Support once the files have been uploaded.
