To solve this issue, add exclusion to the C:\Windows\Temp\dneinst.log file:

  1. Log on to the OSCE web console.
  2. Go to Agents > Agent Management.
  3. Right-click the affected agent.
  4. Navigate to Settings > Scan Settings > Real-time Scan Settings.
  5. In the Scan Exclusion List box, choose Adds paths to.
  6. In the next field, add “C:\Windows\Temp\dneinst.log” and click the + button.
  7. Click Save, then hit the Close button.
