To set the notification recipients on DDEI, go to Alerts/Reports > Alerts.

 
The maximum size of email addresses that can be added as notification recipients is 1024 bytes.

For example:

  • The following string has a 19-byte count:

    sample1@example.com

  • While this string counts 40 bytes:

    sample1@example.com;sample2@example.com;

You may add recipients for as long as the size does not exceed 1025 bytes.

If length of total recipients exceeds the limit of 1025 bytes, the Admin UI will display the following message:

Unable to save the email addresses. The total length of email addresses exceeds 1024 characters. Type fewer email addresses and try again.
