Do the following:
- Open the IIS Manager.
- Expand [Server name] > Web Sites > OfficeScan.
- Right-click OfficeScan and then select Delete.
- Click Yes when the confirmation message appears.
- Go to the \Program Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV directory.
- Run the following commands:
svrsvcsetup –setvirdir
svrsvcsetup –setprivilege
svrsvcsetup –enablessl (only if you are using SSL to access the OfficeScan/WFBS server console) - Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to Tools > Internet Options.
- On the General tab, click Delete Cookies and then click OK.
- Click Delete Files…
- Select Delete all offline content and then click OK.
- Click Clear History and then click Yes.
- Click OK.
- Close all the open Internet Explorer windows.
- Restart the Microsoft IIS Web Server either via the command line or Control Panel.
Command line
- Open a command prompt.
- Run this command: "IISRESET"
Control Panel- Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel
- Restart the WWW Publishing Service.
- Restart the Trend Micro OfficeScan Master Service.
- Try to launch the OfficeScan management console again.
- Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT) log generated on the OfficeScan server. Follow the steps in this KB article: How to use the Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT).
- Copy of the Internet Information Services (IIS) log.
- For IIS 7.0:
..\Inetpub\wwwroot\logfiles\W3SVCnumber\exyymmdd.log
- For IIS 6.0:
%windir%\System32\LogFiles\W3SVCnumberexyymmdd.log
