The default timeout value is 30 seconds. For OfficeScan 11.0 and XG, the maximum value is set to 25.

To set the timeout value, do the following:

  1. Open the OfficeScan web console.
  2. Go to Agents > Global Client Settings.
  3. Under Behavior Monitoring Settings, choose your preferred timeout value.
