Open your browser and enter the following address:
https://IMSVA_IP:8445

Go to Administration > Import/Export.

Under the Exporting criteria or detail, choose the Scanner you want to export logs from on the Scanner dropdown menu.

Select a number from the Number of days to export dropdown menu.

Click Export.

Wait until CDT is generated.
Click Download to download CDT locally to your computer.
- Submit the collected debug logs to Trend Micro Technical Support.
The log file is password-protected and meant to be reviewed by Trend Micro Technical Support.
