- Replicate the issue with end user client.

Once the issue has been replicated, click on Stop Capturing to stop the network packet capture.

To generate a System Information File and Download the System Information file:

On the IWSVA console, go to Administration > Support > System Information Files tab.

In Step 1, click Generate System Information File.

- Download the Network Packet capture file and CDT from the IWSVA console, and send them to Trend Micro Technical Support.
