To check the Activation Code:

  1. Access the Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) using any of these links:
     
    If you are accessing the Licensing Management Portal, you will need a specific URL in this format: https://clp.trendmicro.com/Dashboard?T=<random letters>. Below is an example:

    https://clp.trendmicro.com/Dashboard?T=ABCDE

    Please contact your Trend Micro partner to get the said URL.
  2. Enter your CLP credentials.

  3. Look for Trend Micro Cloud App Security under the list of Products/Services to see the Activation Code of the product.
